Terms of service

These terms cover your use of pass, operated by Kelihi. Using the service means you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you are confirming you may bind it.
The service
pass hosts documents you publish, lets people comment on any part of them, and routes those comments to people or to coding agents. We may change or discontinue features; if we remove something you rely on, we will give account owners reasonable notice.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite into your workspace. Tell us promptly at privacy@kelihi.com if you think it has been used without your permission.
Your content stays yours
You keep all rights to what you publish. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service — to store your content, serve it to the people you share it with, and back it up. We do not use your content to train models, and we claim no ownership of it.
What you must not do
- Publish anything unlawful, or content you have no right to publish.
- Use published documents to attack anyone — documents are sandboxed, and probing for ways out of that sandbox is not research, it is abuse.
- Interfere with the service, other customers, or the infrastructure it runs on.
- Resell the service or use it to build a competing one.
We may suspend an account that does these things. Where circumstances allow, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.
Sharing publicly
You can create links that let anyone holding them view a document without signing in. Anything you share that way is public to whoever has the link — treat it accordingly.
Availability
We work to keep the service up but do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee. Planned maintenance that requires downtime will be announced to account owners in advance where we can.
Fees
This deployment currently provides pass without charge. If paid plans are enabled later, we will not start charging an existing workspace without an authorised administrator choosing that plan.
Ending it
You can stop using pass and ask us to delete your workspace at any time by writing to privacy@kelihi.com. We may end an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, and will explain why.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law permits. To the extent the law permits, Kelihi is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits or data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We will update the date above when these terms change, and tell account owners about material changes rather than changing them quietly.
